About Manzy the artist

Growing up, I was drawn to networks like Cartoon Network, Disney XD and Nickelodeon. Seeing stories that felt relatable but also beyond the scope of my imagination, inspired me to begin my own journey as an artist.

It began as a hobby, tracing scenes from Dragon Ball Z Kai off of my tv screen, putting my own spin on familiar characters and then eventually creating stories and characters of my own. Now I aim to continue building this foundation of creative intuition and crazy imagination, merging themes of faith, culture and emotion to cultivate stories and characters of my own, that feel just as relatable and familiar to others as what I would see on my tv screen growing up.
